AMANJ offers membership pathways for professionals and partners involved in New Jersey assessment administration.
Membership classifications
Regular
For qualified assessors, deputy assessors, assistant assessors, and classified titles who meet eligibility requirements and are in good standing with their county assessors association.
Associate
For people engaged in county or State assessment administration, municipal assessor-office employees, and eligible retired government employees holding a CTA certificate.
Affiliate
For qualified individuals or firms involved in property assessment and taxation who are sponsored by a Regular Member and approved by the Board.
Retired
Recognition for qualifying former members who remain connected to the assessment profession and the Association.
Life
Recognition for qualifying long-standing members under the Association’s membership provisions.
Honorary
Recognition for people who have made distinct contributions to AMANJ and the assessment profession.
